34m
In this episode of Fatima Today, host David Carollo interviews Michael New, political scientist and visiting professor at Catholic University of America. They discuss the recent defeat of Issue One in Ohio, which would have required a super majority to amend the state constitution. He believes that this can open the door to the passage of anti-life amendments being introduced. New acknowledges that the defeat was a setback for the pro-life movement, but he remains optimistic about the future. He believes that the overturning of Roe v. Wade has created a new opportunity for the pro-life movement to make progress. New also discusses the importance of electing pro-life women to office and the need to reach out to people who are undecided about abortion.
